How do I qualify to live at Ballpark?
Ballpark proudly works with all who meet their rental selection criteria. Our residents are asked to make a pre-tax income equal to or exceeding 2.5 times the base rental amount per month, satisfactory credit, positive rental history, and a clean criminal history report. For instance, if the home you are interested in is renting for $2,000/month, you must earn at least $5,000 per month, or $60,000 per year, of verifiable pre-tax income. Our community also partners with the Guarantors program, offering an easy and flexible way for applicants to meet lease requirements through a qualified guarantor service.

How do I pay rent?
You can pay rent in whichever method is most convenient for you. As a resident, you will have access Bilt, a community app where you can schedule a one-time payment or enroll in automatic payments. Otherwise, you can stop by the leasing office during our business hours and drop off a cashier’s check.
Are utilities included in the monthly rent costs?
The monthly rental rate you see online is not inclusive of applicable taxes/fees nor utility costs. Our full fee guide is available online at www.ballpark-apartments.com and includes all applicable essential, personalized, and situational fees for complete transparency.
Do you offer move-in assistance?
Upon move-in, you will be greeted by our leasing staff who can answer any questions or concerns and walk you through the process. Our move in appointments take approximately 30 minutes and will include a walk through on community apps, trash valet procedures and community policies.
What is the parking situation at Ballpark?
Ballpark features a six-floor parking garage equipped with EV chargers, as well as designated parking for future residents and guests. Each resident receives one assigned parking spot, which is included in the monthly community fee.
What is the height of your parking garage?
Ballpark’s main parking garage entrance has a height clearance of 8 feet, while the secondary gate on level two allows for vehicles up to 7 feet 8 inches. Due to these height restrictions, moving trucks cannot access the garage and must instead use the designated loading zone located outside of the garage for all move-ins and move-outs.
